i was charmed by the hotel staff, especially their warm welcome. the daily cleaning service kept everything immaculate, i noticed. i appreciated the efficient hot water supply in the shower. also, the subway station proximity made getting around easy.
The voucher system for coffee at the adjacent restaurant wasn't ideal. It opened later than i prefer for my morning coffee.

The hotel is centrally located in the theatre district. The subway station is very close. broadway is right in the middle of everything. port authority is also nearby for bus services, and penn station is a short walk away

The location had me right in the heart of it all, i could easily walk to times square. the staff proved helpful. They stored my bags before i checked in and even after i checked out. a complimentary drink each night at the bar was like a nice treat.

the staff was amazing and very cute. its prime location to times square was also a great bonus.
check-in people seemed bland and worried more about themselves. the hotel states parking is available, but they wrote an address on a post-it note. i had to drive around for two hours to find parking, wasting our vacation time after a seven hour drive.
